This week we ventured out to the playground (now our everyday place). C loves to have his snack in the clubhouse. One day he saw a pre-teen girl climb on top of the clubhouse to impress her friends, to which C said to her," this is MY house. Why are you doing that, girl?" I did explain to C that it was not his house, but I think it is funny that he called her out on her showing off!C has discovered the book "Make Way for Ducklings". He LOVES it. He reads it with "Mr. Mallard", a duck figurine that was his great grandfather's. I get such a kick out of this love for this book, since we spent my first mother's day on Boston Common for the Make Way for Duckings parade.
It is fun to see E play with C's toys...the swing, the farm mat. She likes the swing, but isn't as attached as C was.
